Delivery Zones (Examples)
Zone A – Outside normal delivery area ($120.00): CBD prefixes 01, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 17, 18, 19, 22–24; Sentosa; Jurong Island.
Zone B – Within normal delivery area ($80.00): All other Singapore addresses.
Other Information & Services
- Rental of other catering equipment & glassware are available upon request (subject to terms & conditions)
- Duration of function: Strictly 3hrs only
- Surcharge for services exceeding 3 hrs or end after 10pm – $35.00 per staff per hr (with service staff in attendance) – $50.00 for 1st hr, additional of $20.00 per hr for subsequent hr (for equipment/banquet setup)
- All prices subject to GST
Delivery Services
- Delivery Charge $80.00 onwards
- Please advise if setup address is not at lift landing.
- Setup will only be done on ground level of landed address.
- Please allow for +/- 30 minutes from stated delivery timing.
- Surcharge for services exceeding 3 hrs or ending after 10pm – $35.00 per staff per hr (with service staff in attendance) – $50.00 for 1st hr, additional of $20.00 per hr for subsequent hr (for equipment/banquet setup)
- All prices subject to GST
Collection
- Collection is fixed at 3 hours from delivery time.
- Clients are responsible for all equipment rendered for the duration of the function. Phin's Catering Services reserves the right to charge the full equipment amount if it is missing at time of collection.
Payment Processing
- We only accept VISA, MASTERCARD & cheque payments.
- We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed.
- 3% surcharge of total if using credit card for payment.
Reservations/Confirmations of Orders
- Reservations must be done at least 5 working days in advance subject to availability.
- We will contact the customer within 48 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. Customers who do not hear from us within 48 hours are required to contact us to confirm the order.
- Receipt of order does not equate to confirmation.
- Upon confirmation of order, payment must be made.
- Phin's Catering Services reserves the rights to change menu items subject to seasonal availability.
Change of Orders
- Changes to menu selection and/or number of persons catered for must be made 5 working days prior to event date.
- We will levy a 10% surcharge based on the total order amount if changes are made less than 5 working days prior to event date.
Cancellation of Orders
- Any cancellation made less than 1 working day/on the actual day will be subjected to a cancellation fee of 100% based on the total order amount.
- Any cancellation made less than 5 working days from date of function will be subjected to a cancellation fee of 50% based on the total order amount.
- Any cancellation made more than 5 working days from date of function will be subjected to a cancellation fee of 30% based on the total order amount.
